Cooperations

The Research Institute for Tourism (RIT) is a non-profit organization founded in Greece in July 1996 by the initiative of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels and of other tourism agents, with main objective the study of the tourism sector in Greece and other competitive countries. The cooperation of iTED Lab with the RIT concerns issues and topics of common interests and purposes, in the context of a unified place of training and research in the field of Tourism, Human Resources Development, Sustainable Development, New Technologies, Entrepreneurship, Tourism Business Administration and others that fall within the framework and spirit of the above.

The Scientific Research Institute for Tourism Development under the Tourism Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan was established in 2019 and conducts basic, applied scientific and practical research in the field of tourism, tourism education and training and staff training for the tourism sector, offering PhD and post-doctoral programmes. The collaboration between iTED Lab and the Scientific Research Institute for Tourism Development aims to strengthen academic and research cooperation between the two parties.

Chios Tourism Organization is a non-profit organization which was founded in June 2019 with the aim of economic and social development of the island of Chios through the promotion of tourism, cultural, and environmental resources of the region. iTED Lab collaborates with the Chios Tourism Organization and offers training seminars for executives and employees in the tourism sector on topics related to Costing and Pricing of Products in the HoReCa sector, Distribution Channels and the use of Social Media.
